SHERRI MATTA is a senior litigator with the Olson Law Group, APC. With over ten years’ experience, Sherri has handled a wide range of civil litigation matters including breach of contract, intentional tort, negligence, employment, landlord-tenant, and professional malpractice claims. She excels at developing efficient and creative approaches to resolve complicated legal disputes by applying her in-depth knowledge of civil procedure and court rules to her legal practice.
While in law school, Sherri gained practical legal experience as a caseworker at her student legal clinic on criminal and immigration matters and as a summer intern preparing reparation claims for Holocaust survivors. After her graduation, Sherri was admitted to practice law in Ontario and worked at a preeminent Canadian litigation boutique firm on high-stakes, high-profile, and international litigation matters. Upon moving to Los Angeles, she was admitted to the California Bar and joined a small business litigation firm where she refined her advocacy skills while appearing in state and federal trial and appellate courts across California.
Outside the office, Sherri enjoys world travel, unconventional crafting, and spending time with her husband and two spirited daughters.
