Case Dismissed Less Than Three Months After OLG Retained

The Los Angeles Superior Court granted OLG’s Anti-SLAPP Motion dismissing plaintiff’s entire lawsuit alleging violation of the Los Angeles rent control law and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress after plaintiff’s eviction from property owned by OLG’s client. OLG secured the dismissal less than three months after OLG was retained on the case following a seven-year long legal battle between the parties. OLG also defeated plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of the dismissal.
