VITTORIA ONUFRIO HOLLOSY is an associate attorney with Olson Law Group, APC. Her practice spans a broad range of civil litigation matters throughout California, including trademark and copyright, employment, landlord-tenant and unlawful detainer, business litigation, premises liability, construction defects, professional responsibility, and personal injury.
Born and educated in Italy, Vittoria earned her J.D. and Ph.D. in Comparative Law from the University of Palermo and completed advanced legal training in European and Transnational Law at the University of Trento. She went on to earn an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Her academic background also includes appointments as a visiting scholar at Boston University School of Law, a visiting researcher at Loyola Law School, a postdoctoral researcher at UCLA’s Center for the Study of Women, and a non-residential fellow of the Observatory of European and Comparative Law at the University of Girona.
Before focusing her practice in the United States, Vittoria practiced as an Italian-licensed attorney. She also brings a decade of hands-on experience in the financial and commercial sectors, having worked as a commodity broker in Los Angeles and Chicago, a background that gives her a practical understanding of the business challenges her clients face.
Vittoria is a founder and board member of the International Attorneys Network (ILW) and serves as Lead Network Coordinator for the Intellectual Property Section of Women in AI Governance, reflecting her commitment to cross-border legal collaboration and the responsible development of AI policy.
