RODGER JENSEN is a litigator at Olson Law Group, APC, where he represents clients across a diverse range of practice areas, including personal injury, premises liability, general liability, homeowner and auto liability, and cases involving human and social service agencies, schools, and educational organizations. Rodger manages every phase of litigation, from written discovery and depositions to motion practice and beyond. He is equally committed to the client experience, prioritizing clear communication and transparency so that clients always know where their case stands and what to expect next.
Rodger’s background includes extensive travel throughout South America, Central Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, and North Africa. During law school, he participated in a study abroad program in Argentina, where he focused on international business transactions and Latin American legal institutions, and later returned to the region to spend time in Chile following his graduation.
After passing the bar, Rodger contracted with criminal defense and immigration attorneys to meet with Spanish-speaking detainees in county, state, or federal custody throughout California. In this role, Rodger served as a critical bridge between clients and counsel, updating detainees on their case status, obtaining statements, and interpreting between English and Spanish. He also gained hands-on experience defending clients’ rights in both criminal and immigration removal hearings.
Rodger then spent several years practicing law in the area of civil litigation where he handled a diverse caseload focusing on real estate and construction litigation, as well as insurance bad faith and personal injury.
In his spare time, Rodger enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
