RODGER JENSEN is a litigator at Olson Law Group, APC who represents clients in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, and elder abuse. Rodger manages every stage of litigation at Olson Law Group, APC, including discovery, depositions and motion practice. He is dedicated to keeping clients updated at each step, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout their legal matters.
Rodger’s background includes extensive travel throughout South America, Central Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, and North Africa. During law school, he participated in a study abroad program in Argentina, focusing on international business transactions and Latin American legal institutions, and spent time in Chile after law school.
After passing the bar, Rodger contracted with criminal defense and immigration attorneys to meet with Spanish-speaking detainees in county, state, or federal custody throughout California, updating them on their case status, obtaining statements, and interpreting between English and Spanish. He also defended clients’ rights in criminal and immigration removal proceedings.
Rodger then spent several years practicing law in the area of civil litigation where he handled a diverse caseload focusing on real estate and construction litigation, as well as insurance bad faith and personal injury.
In his spare time, Rodger enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
