FIRM CULTURE AND VISION:
Our vision, culture and values promote a productive and positive work environment fostering pride in our work. We are at our best when we collaboratively move forward towards our common goal of providing exceptional service to our clients. Whether it is working on a legal brief or an upcoming trial, reviewing each other’s work, or popping into a colleague’s office to discuss a legal issue, we work together as a team and support each other every step of the way. Together, we have built a culture that encourages trust between team members and confidence in our colleagues. Whether it is donuts on Wednesdays, lunch on random weekdays, or celebrating birthdays, holidays, or litigation successes, we genuinely enjoy each other’s company.
We seek attorneys and staff intent on providing exceptional service with a focus on clear understanding of client objectives and expectations. Our attorneys must demonstrate careful and creative thinking as well as intellectual curiosity. We work in a team environment where every member bears the burden of individual responsibility while also sharing in the recognition of the team’s success. We value the contributions of each team member and treat each one with respect. Our cases can be complicated, which requires innovative thinking. For this reason, we desire candidates with a proven record of managing complicated issues and handling complex cases.
