ATTORNEY POSITIONS:
Olson Law Group, APC is currently accepting resumes for an associate attorney. Applicants must have 6-8 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling civil and commercial litigation, including cases involving product liability, catastrophic losses, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, intentional torts, elder law, and special education law. The associate will assist senior attorneys and managing partner with motions, discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, and trial.
STAFF POSITIONS:
Olson Law Group, APC is currently accepting resumes for a litigation assistant position. This position will be responsible for supporting attorneys in the various aspects of litigation related to case preparation, management, and execution. Applicants must have 3-5 years of litigation experience.
