TIMOTHY A. HODGE is an experienced litigator with more than 30 years of practice in Southern California courts. He has represented defendants in a broad array of matters including trucking and auto, premises, employer, products and professional liability. He has defended owners and managers in landlord tenant cases, doctors and hospitals in malpractice actions, and other claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. His experience handling cases from inception through mediation and jury trials have honed his skills and diligence in fact collection, formal discovery and trial preparation.

Tim’s career has included other professional positions including 9 years as an adjunct college instructor of law teaching torts, contracts, and landlord tenant law. He served ten years on the Simi Valley Planning Commission, and has been a board member of multiple charitable and service organizations.

He has travelled extensively throughout the United States. His free time is typically spent with family or reading books on U.S. history.
