SUMMARY JUDGMENT GRANTED FOR OLG’S CLIENT IN PEDESTRIAN/MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CASE

Los Angeles Superior Court granted Motion for Summary Judgment for OLG’s client in a personal injury lawsuit related to a disputed liability pedestrian/motor vehicle incident. After plaintiff failed to cooperate with discovery, defendant filed a motion to deem requests for admissions admitted on numerous contention issues, which the Court granted. Subsequently, OLG moved for summary judgment based on plaintiff’s admissions and secured summary judgment on all causes of action.
