MASON ENGLET is an associate attorney with Olson Law Group, APC. His practice includes cases involving contractual disputes, consumer product litigation, premises liability matters, landlord tenant matters, wrongful death, negligent security, motor vehicle negligence and personal injury. Mason has experience drafting pleadings; motions; amicus curiae briefs; name, image and likeness releases; licensing agreements; and other various contracts.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mason clerked for a plaintiff-sided entertainment litigation firm and a non-profit artists’ rights advocacy organization, where he filed amicus briefs with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court advocating for balancing the influence of the international entertainment conglomerates within the television, film, and music industries with the interests of creative professionals.
When not serving his clients, Mason enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, and coaching youth baseball.
