LAURA ADLER is an experienced litigation attorney and trusted business advisor with over 19 years of litigation experience and broad range of experience as general counsel. Laura has represented retail, multi-family, restaurant, hotel and hospitality, property management, nursing homes, contractors, and mobile homes and self-storage facilities clients in all phases of their civil litigation and with all aspects of their civil litigation needs. Her clients describe her as knowledgeable, insightful, detail oriented and not afraid to think outside the box in order to get the best results for her clients.

Laura’s litigation experience includes real estate, commercial, employment, personal injury, and construction defect disputes and covers all aspects of the civil litigation process, in state and federal courts, from initial case evaluation to resolution including extensive experience with discovery and expert discovery; law and motion practice, including injunctions and dispositive motions; mediation; arbitration; and appeals. Laura’s transactional real estate experience includes real estate leasing matters (big box real estate leasing with annual rentals ranging from $500,000.00 through $1,300,000.00), acquisitions (ranging from $6,000,000.00 to $21,000,000.00) and common area development and construction.

During her legal career, Laura has worked in small and medium size firms throughout Southern and Northern California as well as served as General Counsel of a national property management company where she was VP of legal. During law school, Laura served as the Associate Editor of the Southwestern Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas, and was a member of the staff of the Southwestern Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas. Her article was published in the journal.

Laura is happily married to John, has a daughter Gabi, and 2 furry kids. Laura is Ukrainian and is fluent in Russian. On her spare time, Laura enjoys hiking, reading, following current events and traveling.
