Vadim Braslavsky is an attorney in the Westwood office of Olson Law Group. He has experience in a wide range of complex high exposure civil litigation matters including general liability, insurance defense, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, elder abuse, and products liability. With more than 17 years of experience, he is aware of how stressful the legal process can be for his clients and therefore prides himself on providing the highest quality representation while being clear and concise to keep the process as painless as possible.
Vadim grew up in the former USSR where he was trained as a physician assistant before moving to the United States with his family as a teenager. This training has allowed him to have particular insight into cases involving personal injuries and to relate to his clients from a different perspective. Vadim has represented a wide variety of institutional and individual clients, including insurance companies, healthcare professionals, hospitals and senior care facilities, business owners, landlords and property management companies, parochial schools, major biopharmaceutical companies and car manufacturers. Vadim has obtained multiple favorable rulings on motions for summary judgment in state courts, motions to dismiss in federal courts and prevailed in several appeals. He has also settled many cases on very favorable terms for a fraction of the demand. When necessary, Vadim has vigorously represented his clients in jury trials and binding arbitrations.
Vadim has been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer and named one of the 100 Top Attorneys in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine
When not at the office, Vadim enjoys listening to music, spending time with his dog Sparky, learning and using the latest technology and staying up to date on world affairs.
