ELLIOT MADARSOLOUK‘s practice includes cases involving personal injuries, contractual disputes, consumer product litigation, premises liability matters, wrongful death, negligent security, and motor vehicle negligence. Elliot has experience drafting law and motion, performing legal research, and negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Elliot clerked for both plaintiff and defense firms. Elliot also worked as a legislative intern in the California Senate’s 38th District, where he worked with constituents to help bring a voice to their concerns on local issues. Elliot believes it is his versatile experiences that have created a strong foundation for his legal career.
During his three years at Loyola Law School, Elliot was an active member of the Consumer Law Society, where he was exposed to the importance of justice for Plaintiffs and Defendants through a variety of speaker panels, presentations, and networking events.
Outside of the courtroom, Elliot likes to spend his time outdoors and enjoys watching sports.
